  Weight Mangement Solar Suits
  
     They are called solar suits or insulated suits, they are sweat suits made from a plastic material so you can burn off some calories and a little bit of weight while doing you housework or dishes or even watching TV. The way it works is that you wear the suit with a shirt a shirt or a sports bra and a pair of shorts you sit around and the suit is insulated and you basically sweat, you sweat out the junk in your skin and you sweat out excess water weight. You can feel a little dehydrated so drink fluids while wearing the suit.

You can exercise while wearing the suit but again, keep up with the fluids, if you feel lightheaded rest for a minute. With the suit alone, you can lose up to 2 pounds a week alone from wearing the suit. You may want to just leave the pants on when you exercise so you don’t overheat yourself. These suits actually do work; they are just drawing out your own sweat from your own activities.
